Comment and I'll:
1 - Tell you why I friended you.
2 - Associate you with something - fandom, a song, a colour, a photo, a sexual position, etc. (Or, not)
3 - Tell you something I like about you.
4 - Tell you a memory I have of you.
5 - Associate you with a character/pairing.
6 - Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
7 - Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
8 - In return, you must post this in your LJ.

Memes make the world go round :)

Other than that, night out yesterday was fun, really fun, today I woke up and jogged and god I love the feeling, I called up my brother (whee!), I bought a heap of clothes that look so darn good, including a skeleton head pendant? for the neck, and on Monday I have to go back to work. Oh well. Not everything can be perfect, right?

1. You seemed so nice. And your lj seemed interesting. And man, later on, when you started writing in a fandom I'm familiar with, I thought hey, jackpot! Cuz your stories are gorgeous too! :)

2. At first I associated you with snow. Cuz of your username. Now I'm drifting towards an Italian winter sea for some reason. Snow still present, mind you. :)

3. What I get from your lj is that you are so, so nice and balanced. Reading from you has a calming effect on me, like visiting someone I've known for years. (I don't know how to phrase this better, but I do wish I could meet you in person!)

4. I remember reading a post where you were referring to your son. And the way you talked about him just...made me go aaaw in the most tender of ways cuz I've been raised in a tight family and I want to have kids in future too. Must be the mediterranean gene, I reckon. :)

5. I do remember (before starting to write SPN) that you were a Danny/Martin fan. (though am not familiar with that verse, the pairing stuck.)

6. What's your favourite poem (if you're into poetry. If not, a song will do too.)? (Why?)

7. On the 7th day (John). But mememe was a close runner up too. (of course, John won. What did you expect?)

I love poetry. I'm always reading it whenever I stumble on a new author I have to read. My favorite... hm, it's hard, but as soon as you asked this verse came to my mind (you understand a bit of Italian I seem to remember, right?)

Oh! dolcemente, so ben io, si muore
la sua stringendo fanciullezza al petto,
come i candidi suoi pètali un fiore

ancora in boccia! O morto giovinetto,
anch'io presto verrò sotto le zolle
là dove dormi placido e soletto...

Meglio venirci ansante, roseo, molle
di sudor, come dopo una gioconda
corsa di gara per salire un colle!
Meglio venirci con la testa bionda,
che poi che fredda giacque sul guanciale,
ti pettinò co' bei capelli a onda tua madre...

adagio, per non farti male.

You can read the 1full poem here

It is our classic poetry, so to speak, but there is something so incredibly disarming and quiet and desperate in those verses and I just love it.

Yeah, a bit. I'm actually better at comprehending than producing Italian, maybe because I did Latin in school and the roots are familiar. I think I did get the meaning, and the imagery is beautiful, but I'd be lying if I said I understood the full beauty of it. (*memo: must study Italian more*)

1. I read a fic of yours with Sam and Kat and really liked it. Then you said how Kat is a lot like you, and I figured that hell, since I like Kat, I'm going to like you too. :)

2. I think the photo of your muse, Eris, in your profile did permanent damage. :) I've associated you with that. Except in my head, Eris is wearing a crown. Huh.

3. Hmm...I've known you for less than a month, but you seem really friendly plus a good sense of humour. Me likes. :)

4. You are a very huggy person. Kind of like me. I keep on sending *hug* and you *hug back* and heh. I grin. And it's been happening since day one, I suspect.

5. Hmm... I guess you're a Sam/Dean person.

6. How did Eris come up? Both as concept and picture.

7. Sam-poetry hands down. It's that chest, you see. I can't help it.

1. You are so nice and helpful to everyone (and have been to me too) and full of good intentions (I don't think I've ever seen you in mean mode), and you love John Winchester. So I had to friend you. Even delayed-ly. If that's a word.

2. It's got to be your icon and your name. I've associated you with a white phantom of the opera mask lying on daisies. (Yes. That's me. And my imagination.)

3. You are polite. It's not just being nice or being civilized, it's that you are polite. In a way that I find endearing.

4. Ehm... you drawing my attention to papawinchester and then coping with all my newbie questions without keeling over with laughter?

5. John Winchester. DUH! :)

6. What does the "do you" in your daisy icon stand for? Your interpretation of it, I mean.

7. Has got to be the daisy. Though John in commander mode is reaaaally tempting too.

3. Thank you. That means a lot to me :)

6. Well...it's all of the challenges and choices we have to go through in life, and some are harder than others, and some requires sacrifices, and sometimes, something precious, or fragile, like a daisy, could be the necessary consequence to whatever choice one makes...I guess it's my constant refrain about personal responsability. Do you (generic) know what you're doing? Are you ready/willing to do it? Do you realize what it involves? What consequences it may have?
it is something quite important to me. I have made, will make mistakes in life, who doesn't, but at least I want to be able to say that I chose, that I thought about what I was going to do/say.
yes, I think it's about personal responsability.
Which i think is very important, in RL and fandom alike :D
Hopes it makes sense :D

Mmmmm...John in Commander mode...*dreams away*
