Heh. The shine and the groove and my whee state of mind
I'm all shiny the last days. Let me see:
It's my birthday today.... (and, zelost_mind, can I send you an extra hug and share the chocolate with you? You rock!)
My bro ordered me a new digicam! I love him! Did I mention I love him? Cuz I do. Love him. A lot. (won't let him pay for it though. Part of it only. :) ) The pre-previous week I did some good shooting with my Zenit too. Man, can't wait to get my hands on the new one. And man, can't wait to develop the films. No wait, I can wait for that, developing the actual film bores me to tears, but the actual printing of the photo...ah... Can't fucking wait for it.
It's been a sweet couple of days, esp with family and family get togethers. It's been good, real good, and made my heart burst with love and that is a feeling that is sweet. To know where you come from. Know who's along for the ride. To treasure it. Sweet, am telling you.
And I'm over the writer's block. If that was what it was. Admittedly, I don't work on some WIPs I'm having on my hard drive, but it seems that the new plot bunnies that bit me? I start 'em and I hunt the little bitches down. I'm writing and completing.
And not only that, bute313 actually joined the fandom feast. Which is like...dude, have you got any idea how long it took me to convince her to actually write, dammit? I keep on thinking that something is bound to happen, like the earth stopping on its hinges or another metaphor of equal proportions, cuz hell, she is writing.
So all is shiny. Sure, there are some things that put a dim on my shiny...shine, but hey, I'm not going to write them down for posterity. I don't really want to think about them.
