Just a quick, quick note to tell you
...that real life quickened the pace a bit, and I didn't have time to read or write fic (though I did reply to all my messages and emails, so go me), and I'll be catching up as soon as I can (I got high hopes for this weekend.)
So don't be so bloody prolific, people. No, really. I mean it. Stop writing. See how sensible I am? :)
God, I can't wait for a new meme to hit the posts. Go memes, go.
Other than that I'm unreasonably happy
(my camera is falling apart and ruined the whole sets of photographs I had for my blackandwhite photo class, but I.don't.care. There were burglars outside my house but cops got here in time, and I'm not.freaked.out.
On the other hand a new dance school opened near my house and at some point I got to go enroll cuz it sounds like fun. And I had a really good day at work, cuz my kids in school are the cutest little buggers ever.)

And I'm probably a bit hyper right now too. So. Unreasonably happy. Yes. Indeed.
Shutting up before I scare the lot of you off. Memo to self: don't scare the shiny nice people away.
Have fun watching SPN tonight, people. I hope I'll catch up soon.

And I must relay a mea culpa... Penny Hillsworth hijacked my brain and there's a new story in the Gobsmacked 'verse. But no rush. It's not going anywhere. (The story, that is. Penny sure as hell did...)

(Anonymous) 2007-03-18 03:36 pm (UTC)(link)I tend to respond well to major stuff. It's the little ones that throw me off for some reason. My self-preservation instinct is strange...
And the dance school didn't work out. At least not yet. All classes I'd like to attend are at hours or days that are impossible for me to. So. Back to jogging I reckon.
And Penny is one lucky girl.

I'm the other way around, unfortunately. Sometimes the big stuff gives me the heebie-jeebies, so I deliberately try and break it down into smaller chunks.
My husband and I are actually looking at an elliptical machine (since I've pretty much peaked at my weight loss just by allowing my body chemistry to return to normal, and I really need to start exercising and something in the house would work with all the nasty Colorado weather changes)... But I still have my belly dancing DVDs...
Ah, yes... And how very timely of you to make that observation while I'm planning out the next story in the 'verse...
