I tend to respond well to major stuff. It's the little ones that throw me off for some reason. My self-preservation instinct is strange...

I'm the other way around, unfortunately. Sometimes the big stuff gives me the heebie-jeebies, so I deliberately try and break it down into smaller chunks.

Back to jogging I reckon.

My husband and I are actually looking at an elliptical machine (since I've pretty much peaked at my weight loss just by allowing my body chemistry to return to normal, and I really need to start exercising and something in the house would work with all the nasty Colorado weather changes)... But I still have my belly dancing DVDs...

And Penny is one lucky girl.
